Primary Focus: Equipping Children’s Advocacy Center (CAC) staff and partners with the practical toolkits, facilitation skills, and group dynamic strategies required to manage an effective multidisciplinary team. 

Core Topics Covered: Building a shared team model and fostering cross-agency trust. Managing operational workflows, conflict resolution, and case review facilitation. Meeting National Children’s Alliance (NCA) standards for team collaboration and accredited communication.
