Jan Lutz, Chapter Director, loves to cook. When asked to develop a team-building activity for Chapter member Chaucie’s Place, cooking lessons for the growing staff came to mind – those who can cook together can certainly work together!
Team-building exercises are a powerful way to unite a group and develop strengths. The Chaucie’s Place staff was able to improve the team’s problem-solving and creativity skills and enjoy a great meal they prepared on their own with a little guidance, some instruction and cooking tips shared by all.
