Gundersen’s ChildFirst forensic interviewing training is taking place in Lafayette, IN this week.
The ChildFirst protocol ensures that the needs of the child are put first when interviewing children regarding allegations of child abuse and neglect.
The 47 students in the class have come from around the state and represent law enforcement, Department of Child Services, prosecution, victim advocacy, medical and mental health services.
